Overview
Zillow’s new construction detail pages were being updated to align with other detail pages on the site but there were still some adjustments which needed to be made in order to help new construction buyers better understand the homes they were viewing.
My role: UX Designer
Problem hypothesis: Users weren’t discovering the tour request option and were submitting questions about tours in different ways.
Solution hypothesis: Expose the first step of the tour request interface to help users find and understand how to request a tour more easily.
