Team Portal | Qualtrics

Overview

Traditionally the primary users of Qualtrics’ Employee Engagement product have been HR Admins or data analysts within customer organizations. This leaves a lot of powerful data out of the hands of people managers and individual contributors. The team portal (branded as Manager Assist) is a solution to empower people managers and individual contributors to more easily access, navigate and act on their engagement data.

My role: Lead designer for Action Planning and Brainstorming experiences within manager assist.

Problem: The Qualtrics employee engagement product is complicated and hard to navigate for roles outside of HR admins and data analysts. Managers often can’t quickly find their engagement data and therefore can’t easily act on it in a way that is easily tracked by their organizations.

Solution hypothesis: Creating a more consumer-friendly portal geared towards managers will help them access and more effectively act on their engagement data.
